Alcohol Regulations: All persons purchasing alcoholic beverages must have valid photo ID and be twenty-one (21) years of age in compliance with Missouri state liquor laws. Acceptable forms of identification include a state driver's license, a Missouri State non-driver's I.D., a military I.D. or a passport. It is unlawful to purchase alcohol for minors.
ATMs: There is one automated teller machine within CarShield Field. The ATM can be found in the Team Store directly behind home plate.
Bag Check: Upon entering CarShield Field, each bag will be thoroughly checked by a Rascals’ staff member. The following items are not allowed in CarShield Field; food, drink, weapons of any kind, and sunflower seeds. The Rascals reserve the right to deny any object being brought into the facility.
Behavior: As CarShield Field strives to provide a family-oriented experience, we ask that the behavior of our fans be appropriate for this kind of experience. The use of disruptive and/or vulgar language and/or gestures is not allowed. Fans may be asked to leave the ballpark without refund if they are wearing clothing or possess signs with obscene or derogatory words or messages. If your enjoyment of visiting CarShield Field is being interrupted by the behavior of another fan, please contact any staff member so the situation can be corrected immediately.
Birthdays/Special Welcomes: Those who wish to submit a special message during the game must have their message submitted to the Great Southern Bank Fan Information Booth by the middle of the 2nd inning. The Rascals reserve the right to deny any welcome submitted without reason. For information on how to host a birthday party with the Rascals, please CLICK HERE.

Camera Use: Fans are permitted to use both still and video cameras to shoot pre-game, game action, and between innings as long as they are not obstructing other fans. Tripods and other camera stands are prohibited. Fans should be advised it is illegal to sell or mass produce any photos taken at CarShield Field without the consent of PS&J Baseball Club. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in fan ejection and/or confiscation of camera.
Child Ticket Policy: Children two (2) years old and under are admitted to CarShield Field at no charge for Rascals games as long as they do not occupy a seat. Children three (3) years old and over require a ticket for admittance to the ballpark.
Credit Cards: All concession stands in CarShield Field accept the four major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
Fan Information Booth: The Great Southern Bank Fan Information Booth is located just inside the main gates behind section 102. A Rascals’ staff member is available when the gates open and until the conclusion of the game.
Food/Beverage Carry-In Policy: No outside food or drink will be allowed inside CarShield Field. This includes and is not limited to water bottles, coolers, sunflower seeds, packaged foods, etc. For questions about dietary restrictions, please contact Rascals' staff.
Gates: CarShield Field gates open one hour before the start of the ball game. This is an approximation and may be subject to change without notice. Fans may only enter through the Rascals main gate located to the right of the Team Store at the front of the stadium.
Lost and Found: Fans who have lost or found an item during an event should report to the Fan Information Booth, located just inside the main gate behind section 102. After each event, items turned in are stored in the Rascals’ Box Office where they are kept until claimed or until 30 days have expired. You can contact a representative (636-240-2287) between 9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Lost Children: Lost children should be escorted to the Great Southern Bank Fan Information Booth located directly behind home plate and in front of the Team Store. Parents trying to locate a lost child should contact a Rascals’ staff member.
Maintenance: If you notice an area of the ballpark (i.e., seats, rest rooms, lights) you feel needs to be repaired, please stop by the Great Southern Bank Fan Information Booth just inside the main gates, behind Section 102 where your request will be documented and forwarded to our ballpark operations team. You can also email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Paging: EMERGENCY SITUATIONS that require a guest to be paged may be brought to the attention of a Rascals’ staff member.
Parking: The Rascals provide two lots for fans to choose from when parking. The main lot is located directly in front of the stadium and requires either a parking pass or $5 charge. Across the street, there is a parking lot that is complimentary for fans. Fans can safely walk to the stadium by crossing a bridge over T.R. Hughes Boulevard.
- Physical-Challenged Needs: There are a limited number of disabled parking spaces in the CarShield Field parking lot on T.R. Hughes Boulevard. The reserved spaces are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Disabled fans, or those driving a fan with a handicap, should notify the parking manager of their desire to park in the reserved handicapped area. Upon notification, the parking lot staff will direct the vehicle to the closest parking space. Proper handicapped identification is required. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense.
Pets: Pets are not permitted in the ballpark except for the fans requiring the use of service animals. The lone exception is on Bark in the Park, where special sections will be set up in the lawn area and bleachers. Please check the Rascals’ promotional calendar for these dates by clicking HERE.
Postponed Games/Rain Delays: In the event five innings of the game are not played, except when the home team is in the lead after four and a half innings, tickets may be exchanged for a ticket to any regular season home game during the current season. Exchanges must be made in person at the Rascals' Box Office only. Exchange will be for an equal priced ticket, based on availability.
Radio Broadcasts: Rascals fans can listen to Rascals’ games on Rascals Radio Network by clicking HERE.
Rascals' Bucks: Rascals' Bucks can be used in the Rascals' Team Store and CarShield Field concession stands only. No change will be provided with Rascals' Bucks.
Refunds: No refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
Restrooms: Restrooms can be found on the 1st base side on the main concourse. All restrooms are equipped to serve physically challenged patrons.
Smoking Law/Vapor Cigarettes/Tobacco: CarShield Field is a 100% Smoke Free Facility. Smoking is not permitted in any of the seating areas or the concourse before, during, or after the game. This includes the use of Vapor Cigarettes or 'E Cigarettes.' The use of chewing tobacco is also not allowed at CarShield Field. In order to smoke, you are required to leave the ballpark through the gate located down the 1st base line by the Budweiser Party Patio or the 3rd base gate next to the Ballpark Tent Suites.
Soliciting: Soliciting of any products, services and/or monetary donations in CarShield Field or on the surrounding plaza is strictly prohibited. Violators will be escorted from the property.
Strollers: While strollers are allowed within CarShield Field, they are not allowed in our seating bowl. Rascals’ staff can store your stroller in our Team Store during the game.
