Ashley Eftink is joining the Rascals Front Office Staff after a great summer as an intern for the ball club. She graduated from Central Methodist University with a Bachelor’s in Recreation and Administration, where she also played four years of softball. Ashley made 1st team All-Conference 2 out of 4 seasons as well as 1st Team All-Region her Senior Year. After graduation, Ashley stayed at CMU to become the Assistant Softball coach and Residential Head of the Freshmen Girls Dormitory. Ashley then came back to Saint Louis to get married to a pitcher like herself and start working on her Master’s Degree in Sports Management at Lindenwood University. This last year, Ashley coached Softball and Basketball at Villa Duchesne High School. She also gives private pitching lessons on the side. Ashley grew up in Saint Louis and loves the Cardinals and can’t imagine why someone wouldn’t want to be a Cardinal’s fan. Ashley also likes to hunt, travel and ride the motorcycle with her husband. Ashley is so excited to be a part of the Rascals Front Office Staff. The idea of working around baseball all day is her dream job. She now understands why her mom told her to, “Make your work play and your play work!”.
